ECMT was opened in 1994 aiming at training Millers in Egypt and other Arabic and African countries and all aspects concerning milling tecnology and its manufacturing and managing in order to develop that industry through organizing training Courses . the Centre was established after an agreement between the American wheat Organization and Ministry of Supply. |
