Main Activities
Providing wheats to produce flour for friendly and affiliated companies with annual value amounted 556 million Egyptian Pounds .
Supplying Oils and fats varities for Supply Products Organization and Friendly and affiliated Companies with Annual value About 750 million Egyptian Pounds.
Contracting with Ministry of Supply and Local Trade , Ministry of Agriculture and Reclaiming Lands and companies to provide them with materials and producing products and supplying in addition to carrying out government policy of providing subsided products for example as Follows :-
Production , receiving , supplying , distributing the seven subsided products with total value about 6 milliar pounds annually the seven products are Oils , Ghee , Rice , macaroni , tee , beans , and lentils with quality amounted 1.6 million ton / year .
Receiving , preparing and distributing meats and some products which Government address from time to time.
producing and distributing about half - million ton of supplied sugar with total value about 850 million Egyptian pounds.
Business results of holding company for food industries of financial year 2004/2005
HCFI achieved investment returns due to participating in the Capital of Affiliated and friendly companies under law No 203 ,159 , 8 amounted 340.5 million Egyptian pounds for the financial year 2004/2005 compared to the year 2003/2004 amounted 231.1 million pounds with an increase about 9.4 million pounds upgrading presenting 104.1%.
